Suggest Treatment For Pressure Around The Rectum

From time to time I have pressure around the inside of my rectum. It seems like it might be a tool pressing against something, but I never pass one. The discomfort has happened in the middle of the night as well as in the day. It goes aaway after about 20 minutes. I had a colonoscopy that was clear, but it has been 8 years. Thanks, Cheryl
