Suggest Treatment For Pressure In Urinary Bladder With Little Urination

hello.ever since I can remember I would have a lot of pressure on my bladder, especially first thing in the morning.whilst I can understand why this would be the case after I have had a lot of drink, but the pressure is there with very little urine (considering the amount of pressure) at the same time I get seriously bloated...so i don't know whether the bloating is the result or the cause of my problems with my bladder.i remember being on a bus (after i have had 750mls of water) and having to get off to pee.the feeling was that of a bursting bladder and it also caused hardness and bloating of the stomach.can you advice?

As per my clinical experience, the condition of pressure in urinary bladder with little urination may be from
- narrowing of the urethra
- calculus in the urinary system
- other issues.

I recommend a thorough clinical work up with lab tests, ultrasound and diagnostic cystoscopy for the further management guidelines.
