Suggest Treatment For Problem In Bowel Movement

I have been prescribed docusate sod+ sennaosides for my bowel as I have a extra long large bowel that is curly and have bowel prblems with movement I was on lactulose of which I found far too sweet and sickly Can I take the 2-4 tabs daily for at least for a while as it says to take as required but I have trouble going?

With an extra long large colon I know that's difficult to find a "good laxative". And you have tried on many of them. My first choice would have been Lactulose, but if you don't like it and I don't like Sennasides I'd suggest you Paraffin Oil and of course more fibber in diet and more liquids. THe best fruit of all are kiwies and prunes. I hope to have answered at least partially your question.
