Suggest Treatment For Problem In Walking With Tripping Over In Kids

I have a grandaughter, 6 years of age and she has always had problems walking. She falls a lot, trips over her own feet, walks on tip toes and when she puts her feet down she walks on her shoes. I ask her if it was more comfortable to walk on her tip toes and she said yes. I recently learned a women I worked with has a nephew who does the same thing, and is being treated for something, that has to do with the tendons. The doctor he sees is stretching his tendons? I can t afford to pay for your services, so I guess I will go somewhere else.
