Suggest Treatment For Prolonged Frequent Urination Syndrome

Sir, I am 45, I am surffering from Frequent Urantion since last 4 years.. I am takeing Flomax .4mg once a day.. This medicating helpping me but I don't know how long it does help.. about life style I used to take Lots of Alcohol Before But Now once or twice in a month a small qnty. I need to visit my Doctor Next month What actually shoud I asked to test more.. Right now I have problem in Day time Uranation almost 2 times in a hour..At night time May be once or not at all... Thank you so much for your help...
