I have had a headache constantly since mid October. I have had CT and MRI of the brain with normal results. I had a normal LP with normal pressures. I have had several SPG blocks without relief. The past 2 days, headache is worst when lying down. Feels like a lot of pressure in my head while lying down.
The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as a first line management, you can try analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, better to consult a neurologist and plan for an MRI brain to rule out possible intracranial (inside the brain) causes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
