My prostate enlargedVolume =67cc PSA level=9.53 Age 66yrs Frequency in urination during night No pain during urination Flow is normal Presently observing slight fever 99F during day time only. blood test report showing infection typhi Want cure from medicine not surgery

Thank for your query.
Read and understood that you are a male/66 years with an enlarged prostate of 67 grams and PSA of 9.53/ There is frequency only at night and mild fever, no other complaints.

This is indicated that there is Prostatomegaly which needs investigated as the PSA is touching 10, there is fever hence UTI has to be considered but you have Typhoid infection too.
Hence the advise is :
Send the sample of urine cor routine tests as well as culture and sensitivity.
Test of blood, Ultrasonography of the abdomen and the per-rectal US as well as digital examination to see if there is a mass and if present to be biopsied.
Get started on antibiotic treatment and see that the further progress be monitored and see the results and further treatment to be done as per the necessity.
Whether you need a surgery or not can be decided after the courses.
Your Urologist may offer you an additional alpha blockers to prostate.
