Hello dear Understand your concern. Benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic prostatitis cause problem in urination Enlarged prostate obstruct the flow of urine from urethra. I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo 1) Urine routine and culture. 2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis 3) Serum PSA. 4) Semen examination and semen culture . 5) Swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostate massage .
