Hello dear
Understand your concern.
Benign prostatic hyperplasia, chronic prostatitis cause problem in urination
Enlarged prostate obstruct the flow of urine from urethra.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Semen examination and semen culture .
5) Swab test and culture of urethral discharge obtained after prostate massage .
Doctor will give following advises
Antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs, tamsulosin and finasteridine.
Drink plenty of water, Avoid alcohol and caffeine containing product, Void in sitting position, do masturbation and sex more frequenlty
Hope this may help you
