Suggest Treatment For Pseudotumor Cerebri

My wife was diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri by mayo clinic. She had been prescribed IV vials of Benadryl 50mg high potency to take im every six hours to help with the headaches and vision problems. They also had her take IV promethazine 25mg as needed. We are unable to return to mayo so my wife is unable to get updated scripts for this medicine that we could fill in Illinois. Is there anything you could suggest. We have everything but these two medicines.
