I can understand your concern for psoriasis along with constipation and weakness. In psoriaisi it is quite important to reduce the scaling and flaking of the skin. It is due to the fact that the skin which renews in 28 days gets renews in 4-5 days. So a proper oral and topical treatment is required to take care of the condition. In my patients I generally start methotrexate after proper evaluation and blood examination including liver function test and kidney function test. A cream containing high potency or medium potency steroid such as halobetasol or clobetasol can also be used.
For the part of constipation a laxative can be used under medical supervision and eat a healthy diet to reduce the weakness. You consult further with a dermatologist. Take care.
