Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis Spreading On Limbs And Scalp

Hi, I am 24 yrs old and I have been suffering with psoriasis from almost 10 yrs . Initially it was only in my foot but with time going on its increasing and it has come now on my knees,elbow,scalp,hands fingers and back what should do ?? I am having pressure from my parents to treat it as they want me to get it cured before marriage what can be the best and faster cure??And also will like to what are the hings which increases psoriasis?

I understand your concern.
Psoriasis with body surface area involving more than 30 percent needs systemic treatment .
Most often Methotrexate is used for management of psoriasis vulgaris after ruling out all contraindications.
For fast remission, Cyclosporine is the drug of choice. It is a costly medicine. Once controlled, patient is put on methotrexate for maintenance.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and order tests for you.
