Suggest Treatment For Psoriasis

Hi dear doctor, I m a psoriasis patient for 8 years now and it s scattered all over my body and i ve tried everything.... Every single kind of treatments, pills like Neoral 100 and many other pills, injection named Methotrexate which made me puke everyday; ointments like eccotriol and elicasal; Shampoos like sepitar and PUVA rays machine with 2 neomedanine pills before, simply put!! I ve been trying everything possible to get rid of it, but it never seemed to work and I m sooo tired of it, can t afford thousands and thousands to buy rare medicines and i don t insurance, and i need you to guide me what i should do and if there s a surgery that completely cure me from it or not?! psoriasis is a chronic disorder. there is no medicine which can cure u of psoriasis forever. at best medicines can keep u symptom free. but the recent advances in medicine have made it possible to be almost 100% clear of the disease for a long time. these are known as biologics. though a bit on the expensive side these drugs have very few side effects and very good efficacy. kindly ask your dermatologist for secukinimab. it's a new molecule. just one injection per month can keep u disease free. for any further queries kindly write back. thanks.
