Suggest Treatment For Psychological Problems

My niece of 11 years old have the pycological problem of fear, giglling alone and hate his father from last 2 year... she gets well for 15 days in Month and then for 15 days she will be as said above.Do u know any processes wherein these type of problems can be resolved with minimium medicines

Second possibility is that she is experiencing mood swings due to non-clinical depression or disappointment.
