Suggest Treatment For Puffiness Under Eyes

I m in my mid thirties but had bags under my eyes. The bags were minimal but looked really bad when I was tired. Other than that I have smooth wrinkle free skin. I wanted to get rid of the bags. After my lower lid it s been 4 months. I look like to me that I have cellulite right under my lower eye lashes in both eyes. They re doing this thermi treatment under my eyes but I m not sure why this happened to begin with or if it can be fixed.

this is acumulation of fluid in loose adepose tissue. nothing should be done to remove them. you can gofor renal function test. accept it as part of your body.
