Suggest Treatment For Pulmonary Disease

hi, i am from bangladesh. my son (age-15) has been suffering with pulmonary disease from the age of 1 year. we had to go through with various treatment sevaral times as the doctors prescribed. but no positive result yet and we couldnt know what his actual problem is. now a days it getting worse. last CT SCAN report says finding are in favor of pneumonic consolidation left with centrilobular nodule and bilateral bronchiectasis with some degree of emphysema . he is taking these medicine last 1 year --1. seretide accuhaler 250/50, 2.avamys nasal spray, 3. brodil HFA inhaler. would you plz advice us in this matter. we are thingking to come india for his treatment. best regards Lipon YYYY@YYYY

He has bilateral bronchiectasis and a pneumonic consolidation.
It can be the result of either recurrent infection or some chronic disease process like tuberculosis.
I am sure he must be bringing out some amount of sputum, so get a GeneXpert test done to confirm/rule out tuberculosis. Also get a S. ace study doen along with some basic blood tests like CBC, Mantoux, ESR, alpha antitrypsin levels, Aerobic culture and an AFB culture
