Hi welcome to H.C.M
I understand your query and concern
Pulmonary hypertension in your case should be evaluated for Right sided heart failure.I advise you to get a base line 2 dimensional Echocardiography, ECG,lipid profile immediately to confirm the diagnosis.Monitor your blood pressure, heart rate regularly.Blood pressure has to be maintained under 130/80 mm of Hg.Drugs like Bosetans and Anti hypertensives like calcium channel blockers and intermittent oxygen therapy will be the treatment of choice.Restrict the intake of salt less than 6 g/day.Exercise regularly for 30 min.Drink 3-4 liters of water daily.Diet rich in fruits, vegetable salads, juices should be taken. consult a cardiologist for further expert management.
post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
