Suggest Treatment For Pulsating Headache In Temple

These last two nights I ve been having these weird, intense, pulsating headaches on my right temple. Tuesday night was the worst one but last night it seemed a little mild. after I get them, I get intense tremors making it impossible to fall asleep. I wake up feeling awful and have fatigue all day along with headaches, tremors, and nausea.

Hi there.

This could be due to Migraine headache or tension headache. Kindly take pain killers for relief. Aaos loud noise, bright lights. Consult a Neurologist for management.
