Suggest Treatment For Purplish Mark On The Hand During Pregnancy

Hi I m 7 weeks pregnant. So far no problems apart from a mark on my hand that looks like a bad burn it s purpleish in colour and about 5cm across? It doesn t hurt at all. I can t remember burning myself? My mum says it looks like eczma but I have never suffered from this.
