This seems to be Hidradenitis Suppuratiuva which is an infection of apocrine glands in the areas mentioned. This is an infection due to certain bacteria which is known for its recurrences. However, all patients do well with certain measures like:
1 Maintain excellent hygiene
2 go for cotton garments and let the sweat dry up easily
3 Get you sugar levels checked to rule out Diabetes
4 Antibiotics applied locally do help in most cases
5 some patients need systemic antibiotics which are better given after sensitivity test. most labs perform such tests
6 In some cases, certain hormones are prescribed which need proper evaluation. However, it is likely that you might not need them.
I hope this information helps you tackle the condition better
Best wishes
