Hi. It seems you are having allergic reaction to hair dye. It is mostly due to a chemical called paraphenylenediamine (PPD). Now, there are PPD free hair dye. However, its another story.
Right now, you need to take levocetrizine/ desloratidine (non sedating antihistamines) orally. I think steroid based shampoo like sebowash would be helpful in removing debris, keeping the scalp clean and reducing oozing. Also, you need to apply steroid (like mometasone) lotion for couple of days. You should see some improvement in 4-5 days. However, it might take longer for complete healing as PPD is going to be there for a long time.
If the condition is severe, you might need oral steroids too. However, it should be decided by a dermatologist only. Hope it helps. You can update us after 4-5 days.
