My daughter had a bike wreck a week ago. The scab has fallen off however yesterday she had a small spot that looked like it had puss in it. It is red around it. I had her to clean it with peroxide. A few hours later it was a little larger than an eraser on a pencil. It was draining clear liquid with a little blood. She cleaned it again and put Neosporn and a band aid. This morning it is a little larger and red around it. She said it itches. What should we do?
