Suggest Treatment For Pus Secretions In The Left Armpit

Im female in my 50s, i have a left armpit milky pus secretion when i squeeze with my fingers, it is smelly but does not hurt. I have had this problem approx. 2 years. It builds up to a lump every two days after squeezing. I have had previous boils and ingrown hair in both armpits. Can you please help me.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having recurrent furuncles.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
