Hi doctor. I have a query regarding silencer burns. I got burnt on my right calf area about a week ago. When I had shown it to a skin specialist she prescribed some antibiotics and fluticort cream. First 3 days the cream application did not burn but after my burn skin fell a off after a shower the application of cream started burning so I stopped using it. Now after a week it seemed to be drying but pain often. Today by mistake my toe nail scratched against the healing wound and little drops of.blood was coming. I patted it with some water. But since then there is pus coming out of the burn area. Please advise what I should do.
