I would like to tell you that these symptoms indicate hearing impairment with pus formation in the ear. This is referred to as a bacterial infection of the ear. This infection causes effusion of fluid and this pus discharge is a symptom of an infection which should be taken seriously. In some cases, this may cause temporary hearing loss or damage of the ear and permanent hearing loss. So treatment should begin as early as possible to avoid these effects. The treatment should mainly consist of antibiotics such as Amoxicillin as it is very effective at treating ear infections with pus. My advice is that you should consult an ENT specialist for drainage of fluid and discharge.
Take care of yourself. Wish you a healthy life.
