Suggest Treatment For "infarcts In Bilateral PCA Territories" On CT Scan

hello sir,

My father is 70 years & recently he had by pass surgery .Pre surgery he had very clear vision but post surgery he lost his vision. Doctors suggested us to go to eye doctors which they suggested to get MIR .But MIR was not possible as doctors said there is presence of metal in body which will wildly affect patient. So, we got CT scan & reports says that abnormal hypodense non enhancing areas involving both grey and white matter effacing the underlying cortical sulci are seen in the bilateral occipital parafalcine and bilateral posteromedial temporal regions of the brains parenchyama suggestive of infarcts in bilateral PCA territories. & Possibility of underlying RPLS . My question please suggest me what to do for futher treatment& will he able to gain eyesight
