Hi,

In your TMT test result: mild effort tolerance means that the test was terminated quite early, and ST depression usually indicates the presence of ischemia. But you should know that sometimes the TMT test can have false positive results, so I would advise you to have another test done, the best can be stress echocardiography, it is more specific test than treadmill test.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
