After so long now I have no strength. Can t hardly pick up a glass of water. What doctor do I need to see ... To maybe have another surgery.
If after long duration of nerve repair surgery if there is no progress then you may need other operation like tendon transfer with in 3 yrs of injury.
Vitamin B12 is important in the maintenance of health and normal functioning of the nerve tissue and deficiency of it can lead to numbness. You can increase B12 level by taking meat and fish, or you can take Inj methylcobalamine.
Physiotherapy will help to maintain range of motion of joints.
