Suggest Treatment For Raised Mole On Leg Filled With Blood

Hello, I have had a oval mole on my leg for years, it was kinda translucent and it looked like its filed with water, the red blood vessels that could have been seen in it made it look red\pink in color, I have visited a doctor about it and they said is a normal type of mole, but overnight after a scratched it by mistake, it doubled in size, changed it color to dark black, and it arose a little like a dome, to me it looked like its filled with blood due to my scratching it, but this has never happened before. What should I do?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having a pyogenic granuloma.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain.
4. Other treatment options are cryotherapy, cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
