Suggest Treatment For Rapid Heart Rate And Chest Pain

Hello. I have been experiencing chest pains since February this year. On Friday night, I had a paramedic called to mine from nhs 111 service for chest pains and high heart rate. When the paramedic came, she hooked me up to an ECG machine and my heart rate was between 115 and 138. All my other obs seemed ok. The paramedic was with me for about 1.5 hours. She seeked advice from a medoc doctor over the phone who requested I be sent to A and E. Once the ambulance turned up, my blood pressure had gone up to 138/72 and my heart rate was average of 122. Ambulance gave me some spray into my mouth that I think is used to open valves around the heart etc. A and E run more tests and my heart rate was slightly lower at 97. They discharged me saying it is muscular skelelightous related. I am still getting chest pains. Something tells me the hospital is missing something. Please can you help?!
