Suggest Treatment For Rash Between Buttocks
I think I have a friction heat rash between my buttocks. It always shows up after a really hot day where I sweat a lot during work. It s usually between my testicles and butt, but now it s moved to around the sphincter area, or more specifically, the area surrounding my sphincter. Can you help

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is tinea corporis which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity. Topical antifungal creams like clotrimazole can be used along with oral antifungals like fluconazole after consulting your dermatologist. Regards
