I think it is due to fungal infection/ Contact dermatitis As you are on iv antibiotics that aggravate the fungal infections as fungal flora become predominant, Take following advice: Single dose of Tablet diflucam, if not responds than three dose Ointment clotrimazole plus hydrocortisone. Apply candid powder Wear pure cotton loose innerwear Avoid sweating in pelvic area.
