Suggest Treatment For Rash On Buttocks
I have a rash on each side of my butt cheeks that s very close to the fold of my crack. Its very itchy and sometimes scaly. I have been applying Desitan, hydrocortisone, and A&D ointment and washing with anti bacterial soap. It s very uncomfortable and itchy. Can you give me any thoughts on what this might be? Thank you.

Such symptoms are usually seen in tinea cruris a fungal infection of groin.
Treatment can be with oral and topical antifungal
