Suggest Treatment For Rashes In-between The Legs

i had unprotected sex with a man while on meth now couple days later i noticed a rash between my legs and i did notice he had a rash befor we had sex but i thought it was from shaving that and couple days later i noticed what looked like tears on bottom of his shaft what could it be?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having a fungal infection called as tinea cruris.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
