Suggest Treatment For Rashes On Rectum

Hi my daughter was taking antibiotics for a uti 2 days into it she had a bowelmovement and it was painful she has a rash on her rectum . The doctor looked at it and said it was herpes put her on medicine . She is going for a blood test next week to make sure it is herpes. My daughter had a very bad case of the chicken pox when she was 4. Wondering if it could be shingles? She s very busy with school and work and has been under a lot of stress.
