General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Possible cause may be a fissure in any or haemorrhoid.

* Kindly get a proctoscopy examination with your surgeon for final diagnosis and cure accordingly.

* Tips till that period

- avoid all spices
- sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water ) 5 min. every 3 times a day
- hemostatic molecules as calcium dobesilate and tranexamic acid are best medicines to give excellent results
- bulk-forming laxatives and analgesic tablets via prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
