My son is 50 and has rectal cancer. He had chemo and radiation before he had surgery and an elliostomy bag put on. He is now going thru another round of chemo for 12 treatments every other wk. he gets sick and only wants to do half of his chemo treatments. How crucial is the chemo after surgery?
