Suggest Treatment For Rectal Prolapse

I believe I have rectal prolapse. I have noticed it for the first time today and went searching online for hours until I came across my answer. I just recently got insurance and no one can have a new patient for a couple of months. How long should I wait until finding one? Should I tell them over the phone what I believe is going on?
