Suggest Treatment For Rectum Bleeding And Vomiting After Colostomy

my daughter has been bleeding from the retum and throwing up mutiple times each day. she has had colon ostemy and swallowed a camera and mri and nothing has been foud. she has two gstro surgen who wiil nit operate and have sent her away. she has had compiete histrectomy two yrs ago due to endmetrous. she has had the endmetous removed from her colon in the pass. thre obgy elieves it is back but will not take lead on the surgery because my daughter has no female orgins left and colon surgen not operate because all the test are negative. what should she do? sorry for the miss spellings

Noted the history related to your daughter who has rectal bleeding and vomiting after colostomy which most probably was done for endometriosis. Camera endoscopy and MRI found nothing. She has been operated for endometriosis and had no female organs.
From an elucidate history you have provided, this too looks to be related to endometriosis and most probably can be diagnosed only on exploratory Laparoscopy or laparotomy.
Medical management of endometriosis may be needed for a long time.
The bleeding from the rectum can be due to the following reasons:
Inflammation of the rectal mucosa called as proctitis, wither primary or secondary and can be diagnosed by endoscopy/sigmoidoscopy and biopsy.
Since there is a strong history of endometriosis, this can rarely affect the rectum too. The vomiting can be due to reflex due to complexity of the problems under discussion.
The tests will give a probable diagnosis and a plan for surgery or medical management.
