Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Diverticulitis

I just had my third bout with diverticulitis. I ve stayed away from nuts, seeds and tried to be good. I did eat raisin bran cereal and I wonder if that might have triggered it. Could you please give me a list of foods that I should eat to avoid another attack? Thank you

if ur age is below 50and u r fit or surgery is surgery i.e. resection o sigmoid colon
