Suggest Treatment For Recurrent Growing Keloid Behind Ear

Hi doc I have a kiloid behinds my ear. I was stone and after that, the wound was stitch. When it was heeled, that place started getting bigger and later on I went for an operation, on that same place to stop it from growing. After the operation it got heeled and started growing, it growed more than it size at first. Then I took another operation, its rate of growing become worse than it was when I took the previous operation. Then I went for another operation it keeps growing more than it was before the third operation. Can u please help me.

Simple excision of earlobe keloids can result in recurrence rates up to 80%. Post excision radiotherapy can reduce keloid recurrences.
