Understanding your concern. As per your query you have recurrent pimples on face which occur when duct of sebaceous gland get blocked and infected by bacteria. It could be due to hormonal changes ,stress or some medications. I would suggest you to not to prick or touch acne. You should exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's, wash your face with mild soap twice a day You should avoid oily, fried and spicy food. You should avoid over exposure to sun and use over the counter ointment containing benzoyl peroxide. If condition persists even after adopting above method then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of your condition . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , isotretinoin containing ointment or procedures like chemical peel or laser therapy.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
