General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems you have taken Provera20 single dose and now the bleeding you have is due to progestin withdrawal. I would suggest to get examined &investigated to know basic cause &then get advised for more accurate hormone for controlling hormonal imbalance. A combined hormonal therapy would give a better result.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
