Suggest Treatment For Recurrent White Coating On My Tongue
I have had a orange/white coating on my tongue for at least 1 and 1/2 year - 2 years. I have been on prednisone and antibiotics more then 5 or 6 times within the past 2 years, I smoke, and drink a lot of soda. I tried doing the hydrogen peroxide/water brushing and it went away but it comes back. what can I do??
thanks for your query, i have gone through your question, since you are on steroids and antibiotics it can cause fungal infection or it can be because of smoking resulting in leukoplakia or it can be due to elongated papillae...consult your oral physician for complete examination to rule out above said causes..follow a thorough tongue brushing...i hope my answer will help you..
