Suggest Treatment For Recurring GI Flare-ups For 4 Months, Heartburn, Sulfur Burps, Stomach Pain And Diarrhea

I’ve been experiencing some severe GI symptoms for about 4 months now. These symptoms are more like “flare ups”, where some days I feel fine and can go a few weeks without any symptoms. Then these symptoms will hit me out of nowhere and I will experience horrible heartburn, indigestion, sulfur burps, severe stomach pain, full feeling, and diarrhea. These symptoms will last for a few weeks and certain foods that I eat will trigger the “flare ups” during those weeks. I’ve had a CT scan that showed an enlarged spleen and hypertension in the abdomen. I’ve been tested for H. Pylori bacteria but my test returned negative. I feel like my issue is not being taken seriously by my healthcare providers. Should I be worried?
