Hello. Thank you for writing to us

Acne can recur/ relapse after seemingly complete cure, therefore, it is not uncommon for patients to require a repeat course of Oral Isotretinoin.
However, you being a female I would specifically like to rule out underlying hormonal imbalance as the reason for relapse in your acne.
I would have liked to know whether there is any irregularity in menstural cycle?
Do you have coarse facial hair? The answers to these questions would give important clues whether there is any hormonal imbalance or not.
A few blood test for hormonal levels may be taken up like S. Testosterone, S. DHEAS, LH/ FSH ratio and Prolactin levels.
Treatment for hormonal acne is different and includes monthly pills of estrogen and a progestational agent.
Topical treatment for hormonal acne is similar to routine acne and includes topical antibacterial/ antiacne gels like benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist for an exact assessment of your skin condition, evaluation for possible hormonal imbalance and appropriate treatment.

Regards
