General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Possible lower respiratory tract infection with altered gut flora mechanics.

* As there is reddish sputum at times , it is most advisable to get basic
lab test , sputum examination and chest x-ray to confirm the extent and
type of underlying pathology and get treated in accordance with that .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
