Hi,I have a pain in my lower right abdomen in the ovary area which comes and goes throughout the month.I get some acne and it is difficult to loose any weight.I have a pinching pain that spreads along my right Fallopian tube into my right ovary when I orgasm,and my orgasms are never as strong as they were?

in such a case i would advise to get an ultrasound abdomen
to help you i would like further details
since how long you are suffering from it
is it constant pain or any variation in its intensity and site
are you running fever
foe acne you can take a course of antibiotics under supervision of you doctor
have plenty of oral fluids
develop a strong motivation to reduce weight i am sure you must be aware of various weight reduction method
you can select any of that and please follow it very strictly
