You may have a 'stress' area on your face where whenever your immune system is compromised from illness or stress, a pimple occurs. Women will break out in the same area around the menstrual cycle.
How To Get Rid of a Recurring Pimple:
-Hold ice against the area for 5mins on and off for 30mins. Repeat this as often as you can. - Keep the pore clear and healthy.Apply a pimple fighting cream with salicylic acid to the area. -If the pimple recurs more than 2 - 3 times a month, see a dermatologist as they can inject cortisone into the inflammation.
Hope this helps, Kind regards, Dr.Mersi
