Suggest Treatment For Recurring Red Spots On Nose

Hi, I have several reoccurring spots on my nose that are red, raised and often burst and a clear fluid weeps from them particularly after cleaning my face. If i do not clean this fluid it crusts. these spots are dotted around the nose area and no where else.
