Suggest Treatment For Recurring Vision Problems
hello sir dec 2013 i found vision problem, did proper checkup and got -0.25 axis 170 both eyes. added anti reflection glass power glass. in july 2014 again found vision problem, did proper checkup and now i got -0.75 left and -0.5 right eye. how to get rid of this problem. please help me out

The symptoms that you have is the refractive error and myopia is very likely and this need to be corrected with specs only and this is the only option you have, hope this helps.
